Digital Transgender Archive
Founded in 1983, the Quebec Gay Archives have the mandate to acquire, conserve and preserve handwritten, printed, visual, audio and other documents that bear witness to the history of Quebec's LGBTQ2S+ communities.
Our mission is to promote the diversity and inclusion of LGBTQ2S+ people, to continuously update the content of its collections on all aspects of gender and sexuality, to promote research on sexual and gender minorities and the recognition of their rich contributions to Quebec's history.
