Digital Transgender Archive
ACT UP ACT NOW focuses on activist strategies in dealing with demonstrations, media, and the police. A sizable portion of the handbook focuses on the rights of people living with HIV or AIDs/ARC in terms of health care as well as general social and sexual life. Other resources on living in San Francisco, such as neighborhood breakdowns, tips for public transportation, and prominent bars and clubs, are also included. Handwritten annotations present throughout the text.
