This scrapbook documents the career and social life of Walter Hart, a female impersonator who headlined at Finocchio's nightclub in San Francisco between the 1930s and 1950s. Scrapbook pages include numerous photographs of Hart in costume, signed headshots from numerous other performers, snapshots of friends, and newspaper clippings that span Hart's performance career. The scrapbook was likely assembled by Walter Hart.
