Arobateau tells stories and performs music and poetry
Audio recording containing 2 parts. Part 01 made on Sept 27, 1965, with Arobateau (22 years of age) reading poems, playing piano and guitar, and singing. Includes a reading and comparison of T.S. Eliot's "Wasteland" to Arobateau's own poems. Pet birds make noise in the background at certain points during the recording. Includes mention of an inspirational experience of talking to a secretary from a poetry magazine, with Arobateau wanting the magazine to publish a self-composed poem that was written on Arobateau’s 21st birthday. The poem is then read out loud. Part 02 is more poetry reading, including a mention of wanting to record all of Arobateau's works. Recording ends with more piano, guitar and singing.
