"Veronica 'Ronnie' Friedman (1945-1986) was a transgender woman who lived in San Francisco. The collection consists of Friedman’s detailed and emotional diary entries, as well as drafts of letters to her mother and children, personal notes, daily planner pages, timelines and autobiographical statements relating to transition, greeting cards, and other correspondence."
