L/S of a Rolls Royce arriving at Ricky Renee's cabaret club (it passes the Fortune Theatre) in daylight. A glamorous blonde in a fur stole gets out of the car; this turns out to really be cabaret star Ricky Renee in drag. We see him in various other disguises as the doorman, the receptionist, a diner and a waiter in the club. The blonde powders her nose in her dressing room, then gets into a disguise as an old hag woman. Nice cheesy M/S of the band playing in the nightclub. Ricky as the hag does an act on the stage before the audience, then takes off the disguise to reveal the glamorous blonde. 'She' flounces about in a feather-trimmed robe over a sparkly dress to a round of applause, then peels off her false eyelashes. By the magic of the Colour Pic camera we see her step out of her dress and turn around to show it is the real Ricky Renee in a suit.
