This video by Randy Wicker documents his 1995 tour of Sylvia's homeless encampment on the Hudson River. Sylvia describes daily life in the camp and how she maintains her home. She also introduces Randy to several neighbors who discuss their experiences with AIDS and substance use disorders, and the dangerous lack of social services tailored to homeless LGBTQ+ people.
